Use a saline nasal spray to relieve congestion; Difficulty sleeping: Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. Establish a bedtime routine and create a comfortable sleep environment.

Drug interaction

Antidepressants: Avoid using Sibelium if you are taking antidepressants like fluoxetine or sertraline.
Antihypertensives: Combining Sibelium with medications for high blood pressure, such as amlodipine or metoprolol, can cause excessive drowsiness and low blood pressure.
Sedatives/Hypnotics: Taking Sibelium with sleep aids like zolpidem or diazepam can increase sedation.

Missed dose

If you forget to take Sibelium as instructed, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and resume your regular dosage schedule. Never increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.

Overdose
